Our initial consultation will bring me a greater understanding of what you love and what you want to improve. From there, we'll collaborate to structure a practice to help you make those fitness changes habitual and stay accountable to your goals.

These sessions are tailored to your individual needs and may include:

  • Custom workout plan development based on consultation goals
  • Accompaniment to the gym, fitness classes and/or outdoor activities to help you stay accountable
  • Education to help you better understand the effects of specific exercise on the body
  • Private and/or small group yoga instruction
